1. Initial Consultation
We'll meet with you to understand your practice, review your current billing challenges, and explain how our model supports you.

2. Contracting
We don’t require you to become in-network. You become a contracted provider under our corporate umbrella and your claims are processed under our corporate agreements.

3. Secure Onboarding Portal
You’ll be invited to your private virtual office in Basecamp where we’ll collect your practice information, tax forms, W-9, NPI, license, and required documentation.

4. Pre-Birth Workflows
We set up a system for verifying benefits, managing pre-payments, and explaining insurance to your clients. Everything is documented and shared with your team.

5. Go Live
Once you're onboarded, we handle your claims from start to finish—submitting them, responding to denials, tracking payments, and reconciling reports. You’ll always have real-time visibility through your virtual office.
